Spaghetti & Tofu Balls
What you’ll need:

1 pound firm tofu |

2 tsp onion powder |
| • |
½ tsp of basil |
| • |
½ tsp of oregano |
| • |
1 tsp of salt |
| • |
1 tsp of black pepper |
| • |
½ tsp of garlic powder |
| • |
2 slices of whole wheat bread, crumbled |
| • |
2 egg whites |
| • |
2 tsp parsley |
| • |
Spaghetti sauce, any kind |
| • |
1 package whole wheat noodles |
What to do:
| 1. |
Preheat oven to 375 degress. |
| 2. |
Light oil a cookie sheet. |
| 3. |
Mash tofu in mixing bowl. |
| 4. |
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, except noodles and
sauce. |
| 5. |
Mix ingredients thoroughly with hands. |
| 6. |
Shape ingredients into about 20 balls and place on cookie
sheet. |
| 7. |
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes (slightly browned). |
| 8. |
While tofu balls are cooking, cook noodles and heat sauce. |
| 9. |
Put noodles on plate, add sauce, and place tofu balls on
top. |
| 10. |
Option: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
