Grilled Summer Vegetables
| This is a great recipe to utilize some of
those veggies that you get from your garden or from a friend’s
garden. Don’t you just love the summer freshness of home-grown
veggies? |
What you’ll need:

1 pound baby carrots |
| • |
1 pound baby zucchini |
| • |
1 pound baby squash (or zucchini or crookneck squash) |
| • |
2 Fresh peppers |
| • |
2 fresh tomatoes |
| • |
12 12-inch wooden skewers |
| • |
Olive oil |
Seasoning Mix:
| • |
2 tablespoons kosher salt |
| • |
2 tablespoons sugar (we use natural cane sugar) |
| • |
1 tablespoon garlic powder or fresh garlic crushed (2 cloves) |
| • |
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper |
| • |
1 teaspoon paprika |
