Black Bean Chili
What you’ll need:

1 pound Ground Beef |
| • |
1 onion, chopped |
| • |
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped |
| • |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
| • |
1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes |
| • |
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped |
| • |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
| • |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
| • |
2 cups beef broth |
| • |
3 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained |
| • |
Garnish: Your favorite cheese, chopped green onions, sour cream |
What to do:

Cook first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven
over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 6 minutes or until
beef browns and vegetables are tender; drain. |

Stir in tomatoes and next 4 ingredients and simmer, uncovered
15 minutes. |
| 3. |
Add black beans and cook 10 more minutes or until thoroughly
heated. |
| 4. |
Garnish with cheese, green onions, and sour cream if desired. |
