Apple Spinach Walnut Quiche
What you’ll need:

2 small-medium apples (chopped) |

½ cup spinach (chopped) |
| • |
¾ cup sweet onion (chopped) |

½ cup crushed walnuts |
| • |
1 cup Half and half |
| • |
4 eggs |
| • |
¾ cup shredded cheddar (or your favorite cheese) |
| • |
1 TBSP raw cane sugar |
| • |
2 tsp cinnamon |
| • |
¼ tsp nutmeg |
| • |
1 tsp Salt |
What to do:
| 1. |
Sauté apples, onion, and sugar for 10 minutes
to soften. Add the spinach for the last 3 minutes. |

Mix the eggs, half and half, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in
a large bowl. |
| 3. |
Place walnuts into baking dish. Add sautéed ingredients into
baking dish. |
| 4. |
Sprinkle cheese into baking dish over ingredients. |
| 5. |
Pour egg mixture over cheese and other ingredients. |
| 6. |
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. Let stand
for 10 minutes before serving. |

recipe – we love Amy’s Apple and Gouda Cheese chicken sausages
in this recipe. Slice 2 sausages into bite size pieces, sauté
in pan until done. Add in at step #1 above. YUMMY! |
