Some people love steak nights, while others can’t wait to twirl their
forks around in that plate of spaghetti! This all comes from what our taste
buds want and desire. The problem with eating just according to desires is
that just because we have a taste for something does not mean it is the best
thing for us to eat. When trying to determine what foods you should be eating,
pay close attention to how you feel after eating certain foods.

People are not used to thinking about how foods make them feel. The point
